I am looking for some help as to which tractor is a better purchase.
I am looking at the Kubota L2800 with a loader and hydro trans or the New Holland TC30 set up the same way. They are about the same in price. I am more concerned with reliability and use. any help is appreciated. Thank You

I went with kubota partly because my local NH dealer was run by dingbats and their prices were much higher for a similar unit.

If the price, features, and warranty are the same then go with the dealer who you like better. They will be the one you'll be working with long after the sale with warranty/repair questions. ....

I don't own either one so I might be unbiased? Anyway, if the price is close on both and both will suit your needs, then you definitely need to consider the dealer aspect. Talk to the dealers and get a feel for how they treat customers with problems and how quickly they resolve problems. If you know people who bought from either one, talk to them and get a feel for the dealer.

The dealer can be a huge part of owning a machine. A bad dealer can make your life miserable and make you regret your purchase. A good dealer is a keeper and worth a bit of extra money. ....
